Gang Mugging in NY During Hurricane Sandy Video

A group of 5 black African-Americans took advantage of the empty streets of NYC. The victim was a man who had his wallet and phone taken, in addition to being temporarily KTFO. As they leave, one of the perpetrators appears to stand on the victims head as the group departs.
